Sweet Tiny Tears doll by American Character.  She is appropriately marked on the back of her neck with the patent numbers 2675644.  I believe she was made from 1959 - 1961.  This is the largest Tiny Tears doll American Character made.

Tiny has pretty blue eyes with all lashes.  I believe her lip paint is original but blush has been added to her cheeks.  Tiny Tears is a rock-a-bye eye doll.  Rock her slowly from side to side, her eyes will slowly close.  Bring her upright, her eyes will open.

Tiny has the long lasting vinyl body.  The torso is a lighter color than her arms and legs - probably due to age.  There is some light pink on one of the legs and a few other insignificant light brown marks.

Her hair looks a little thin in the back but I don't see any missing plugs.

Tiny wears a gorgeous soft creamy yellow satin like dress, white panties and vintage rubber shoes.

This baby doll is not for the mint collector but is a sweet doll to be loved and treasured with precious memories of our past.  I love these old vintage baby dolls and the Tiny Tears dolls tug at my heart.
