This is a beautiful all composition 1920's Patsy doll! She was made by Effanbee.  She is marked on the back of her neck, Effanbee/Patsy/Pat.Pend/doll.  She stands around 13 or 14 inches. 

This precious little Patsy doll by Effanbee has been restored so she does not have any cracks or crazing as is normally found in most composition dolls. Note the blush on her knees, elbows and wrists.  Her little solemn face is just precious with her red hair.

She is wearing a darling little red coat with a matching hat, a white dress trimmed with red and a white onesie slip.  The slip closes in the back with a safety pin. These were all made just for her.  Note the reproduction Patsy Doll Club pin on her coat. She has new red shoes and white socks. 

The artist who restored this little collectable beauty did an outstanding job!  What a sweet doll from "days of old" we can all still love and treasure today!
