She was made by Effanbee.  She is marked on the back of her neck, Effanbee/Patsy/Pat.Pend/doll.  She stands around 13 or 14 inches.  <p>This precious little Patsy doll by Effanbee has been restored so she does not have any cracks or crazing as is normally found in most composition dolls.
